Well said and I agree. I do think it's really important for PNM's to understand that they don't do the choosing (unless they're the very rare PNM that everyone wants) - it hopefully will help them understand why a house they ranked "lower" keeps showing up and why houses they ranked tops fell off. I know many girls who come into rush thinking they get to pick, that they're in control, then they're really upset when they discover it's not that way. It's been made worse by variable quota since that makes it all the more competitive.
