@Yo and Stop, it's nasty remarks like yours that give rush and the Greek system a bad reputation. Why is it so bad that a PNM would like to understand the 'system'? Yes, the PNMs can't control it and I don't think that's what the OP is trying to do, but it helps some people to understand what's going on around them to alleviate stress and gain confidence and understanding. Truth is, I don't think information like this is readily available because no one wants to be accountable. It would seem as if sororities like to have hide behind a shroud of secrecy. I know more than 2/3 of my house doesn't understand one bit of the selection process :/ Knowledge is power and those who refuse or don't want to disseminate it are usually ignorant and/or scared.
