There are lots of girls in greek life that have this same problem and still managed to have a decent GPA. The worry that the houses would have is that if you could only get a 2.75 in high school, what is going to be different in college? You would most likely be on probation unless you could pull your GPA up. With this being said, still rush because you never know what happens! There are girls that get a bid every year with not so good GPA's, so if this is something you want then I say go for it. But I would get your rec writers to write the reasoning on your recs. College is hard and I hope you are working on ways to improve your study skills etc. so that you can do well regardless of your GPA. It's a setback but you can overcome it!!
