How would a house with all MS girls be top tier. Seems like you are drawing from a smaller pool and passing up hot smart OOS girls, whose parents probably have more money than yours, because they are paying expensive OOS tuition and yours scrounged for years just to pay the cheap IS tuition. Maybe we should not say Top/Lower houses, but more like Local/OOS houses. I dont mean that in either a good or bad way, just an honest factual way.
