no one knows. Really the only people who actually think they're top are legacies and boys in Mississippi frats like KA and sigma chi but really.... no ones from out of state thinks they're that great either. Not hating I'm just sayin Ole Miss is majority out of state and the Mississippi (mostly Jackson the other Mississippi kids are great) kids like to seclude themselves for some odd reason. Jackson kids have always been known to be stuck up for some unknown reason, so we let them do they're own thing and no one else's really worries about tiers.
