It hasn't even that the girls were awkward, they were just very unwelcoming and inhospitable to ALOT of girls I know. They didn't even try to have small talk, and it's really not that difficult to have a conversation with someone for a few minutes they just didn't feel they needed to try because they already had their pledge class picked out. On top of that, they dirty rush girls so hard during the summer and cling to them during lunch and then cut them late in the week. Tri Delt is known for promising girls bids and then those girls getting lower tier houses on bid day because they thought they were going Tri Delt and released all their other options. In my opinion this is incredibly cruel, PNMs don't know what goes on during rush but actives do, they shouldn't promise girls bids knowing that they could get cut. It's not even the dirty rushing that's so sad, it making PROMISES to scared freshmen that they know they can't keep.
