I agree with above posters that Pi Phi has a lot of great girls. However I disagree about where they are tier-wise. I think they're "top of the lower" tier, not middle tier. Middle tier is solidly DG, KKG and PM. I think Pi Phi is just below that and getting stronger thanks to variable quota. And this really doesn't matter, even as a legacy. Legacies, even OM legacies, don't mean what they used to and get cut plenty. This is important to know since many girls think their legacy status means they can more easily get a bid. It doesn't. And please keep an open mind - you may love them and might not. This is about what fits you, not what your mom was. I wish you a good rush!
