<strong>Subject:</strong><br />variable quota<br /><br /> Poster Message:
Been looking at the member totals from Fall 2016 and comparing them to the Fall 2015. It does appear Variable Quota was a huge boost for Alpha Phi with an increase of 154 members from 2015 to 2016. However it did not appear to have help ADPi or Theta. ADPi shows a decrease of 15 members and Theta a decrease of 14 members from 2015 to 2016. I thought Panhellenic increased the recruitment numbers of these three to even out the numbers, so what went wrong? The only other Sororities that showed an increased in membership was Pi Beta Phi with an increase of 32, Delta Gamma with an increase of 15 and Kappa Kappa Gamma with an increase of 3. The biggest decrease in membership was Phi Mu with a loss of 30; then Chi O with a loss of 16; next is AOPi with a loss of 9; Tri-Delt with a loss of 8; and KD with a loss of 2. This is a comparison based on the membership totals from the end of Fall 2016 and the end of Fall 2015. I guess it will take many more years of Variable Quota adjustment to even out the numbers.
