Seriously, how is Chi O "top tier"?? I used to think it was because they had the highest grades but KD beat them out this year. I get why KD and DDD are considered top. Aside from tradition-always-been-this-way, DDD has money and raises a huge amount for St. Jude every year and KD is a well rounded sorority that's very active on campus and smart. What is special about Chi O? I never see or hear about them around campus. I've been here two years and I don't even know what their philanthropy is. A majority of their girls aren't cute and look borderline homeless. I can think of so many "lower houses" that have more shining qualities. Someone please enlighten me on what I'm missing.
