Earlier (three or two years ago) I heard that they had a crack in their foundation, tried to sell it to Theta then Tri Delt would take ADPi's lot and build a new house and ADPi would move in to the Theta house, but then apparently Theta found out and swerved that so they wouldn't have to pay for the massive construction headache that it's going to cause. So it might be that? But they might also just be trying to make it bigger.
