I agree with the above poster that you should talk with your new chapter and here are a few points: 1) Most close friendships are formed when girls pledge together so you might - not always - need to work a bit more to get to know members. Chapters are big so that should help. 2) What was it like when girls moved to your school and re-affiliated? Think about that. 3) Did you visit OM before transferring? That would have given you some sense of life here. It's somewhat liberal here, but also conservative in parts - this is Mississippi and the Deep South. And some sororities are more conservative than others. 4) Whether you fit into your new chapter is unknown until you're here. I've seen girls fit in so well that you would think they had pledged their new chapter and others who didn't. It's a personality fit.
