Not to be harsh but aopii is falling there is no denying that. The only reason people haven't moved them to bottom tier yet is because aphi and adpi are new and need to "prove themselves" first before they move up. I agree with @well aoii has the least attractive house on campus, their girls are not that attractive, and they're kinda boring and don't really have a niche. Their pcs are so random every year that's probably why their sisterhood is hurting according to above poster. Their sisterhood is all they've ever really had going for them so if they lose that I say they do belong on the bottom tied with theta.
