if you are married and you are happy with your husband, but there is a guy that you "think" looks a bit better but know absolutely nothing else about him, do you just file for a divorce and go after this second guy? don't be stupid. general rule is, you don't transfer unless you absolutely have to. second, and there isn't a soul that will disagree with me here, Ole Miss is completely and utterly over-rated. If you came here for a football game or a spring party and think that's what it's like here every day, you need a reality check. There is maybe 1-2 good football games all year, and you don't need to be a student to enjoy any part of that or the spring parties. Most weekends 65% of the students go home, so it's really quite. The bar scene, well there's bars on one side of the square and that's that. Greek live is pretty much a requirement, it's not that people want to do it, it's that they have to or be left out. If you think it's all happy because of smiles on insta, guess again, those girls work hard and spend hours liking each others pics so their pics get liked back (unspoken of agreement) unless you are KD than you buy fake followers. then you have 25-30% of the school who are loners, barely know anyone or talk to anyone. do i think you will be one? probably not. maybe you'll have a few friends, but trust me, it's not as advertised
