Once initiated always a member. I would follow the advice of trying to find members you have more in common with. Sororities all have the more dominant/outgoing (for lack of a better word) sisters and often it seems like they are representative of everybody. They are not. To the poster who said this is fake, I'm not so sure it is. She didnt insult aphi, she just said she felt she didnt fit in and said why. Should she have named them? No, but that's really the only flaw in the post.
