How did that prove your point? It could be phi mu or kappa or DG you rank 3rd...I could care less because all three are pretty similiar. I just dont think Chi O is wanted by many people outside of Jackson and doesnt merit top tier status..I dont know ANYONE who after visiting that house thought they wanted to be there....well except all the Jackson girls who live in Martin who wouldnt dream of going any other house. Top Tier is literally two houses and close behind is another three. Then CHiO I promise you PNM's everyone would rather be in those two houses on the circle of sorority drive....then the other three houses...then run to anything on else!
