This is exactly right. If you are from Jackson and a third generation Chi O... then that is your top house and hardly anything else will do.. because you let down your family when you can't continue the legacy.. if you are from Texas you might really be into kappa or pi phi or even theta because you will fit in perfectly with the alumni groups back home. Top is different for everyone for very different reasons. My alpha phi friends and adipi friends love their houses here and don't want tobe anywhere else. The top tier only exists to very few and it's mostly a Memphis Jackson thing... all of my friends coming in from out of state wanted a lot of different houses and are very happy where they ended up
