I came with no connections at all. I did have recs to all but 1 house. I made friends with girls in my dorm and met sorority girls while we went out. It is hard at first. I am just now settling in. I got cut by several houses. I had 5 on the day we were suppose to have 8, but so did a lot of girls. The next round of cuts I gots 4 instead of 5. Then 2 instead of 4. I got invited to both for pref night and I love my sorority. It is considered a mid tier, but I I really would have been happy in all but 1. Be outgoing, get good grades, and get recs. You will be fine.
