I think what has hurt them the most is the use of this site for marketing themselves. Bad idea. Their nationals and alumni were over the top on this site and it just was too much of in-your-face. Time will tell if they will really set themselves apart from the marketing hype and get on with the business of developing a strong sisterhood and service.
