I thought she was saying some girls were considered "courtesies" in the original post which I had never heard of. I get what she was saying now. But an aunt isn't considered a legacy for Kappa so she wouldn't have gotten a courtesy invite back to the next round anyways. For actual legacies though, they will be asked back to the second round no matter what and will be released after that if the chapter votes to release her.
