that's different (and secret) in every chapter. For my chapter, we agree at the end of the year what qualities we want to look for in PNMs based on what qualities we've been focusing on as a chapter, and from there our exec builds the scorecard. then each sister will score the PNMs they talk to, but other sisters have opportunities to speak out about a PNM they think is problematic, or they want to see ranked higher on our list.
