Correct me if I'm wrong but upperclassmen quota is optional here. Sororities that "snub" upperclassmen are the sororities that already have to cut a ton of freshman because they are wanted by so many. With the number of girls that go through rush, almost all 9 sororities could go without sophomore quota (with the exception of maybe 1 or 2). If you're a sophomore and don't already have friends in a certain sorority, don't have high hopes. That's just the way it is here.
