If you are sitting there waiting for a phone call out of the blue, you are wasting your time. If you contacted Panhellenic and followed their instructions, or reached out to the sororities not yet at total and let them know of your interest, then it's not out of the question for them to reach out after the dust has settled. I would say that they will probably wait until next semester as the sororities have already held pledge pinning ceremonies and pledge meetings and some even pledge retreats by now.
