spot on. literally my visit last year A&M weekend was one of the funnest days and everyone wwas so nice and friendly. and i've found out they are envious of out of staters if you actually go here since they think you are a threat. my frat isn't top teir by any means (it isn't bottom either lol) but i am glad i got into it and i really love the people here and for once i feel like someone actually has my back here. honestly thought of transferring before getting into my frat
