Honestly, we don't have answers for you. If a sorority is not at house total, I've seen some numbers floating around, but don't know it they are true, then they have the option of offering bids to anyone who did not already sign a bid card. Even girls who did not participate in formal recruitment can receive a bid. Sororities do not have to offer anyone a bid, but it is a good way to build their numbers. They can hold informal events, they can just ask their friends if they would like to be a member, there is any number of ways they can bid new members. As long as they don't go over house total. Contact Panhellenic and ask which houses may be holding events. They might have a list of girls interested in bids that they will share with houses under total.
