What do you mean about rules not applying? There are girls who drop/don't accept bids every year because they don't get the house they want, this isn't new. Wasn't one of the reasons that Ole MIss pushed rush later to minimize the girls who would not just drop out of rush, but also transfer schools if they didn't get the house they wanted?
