Panhellenic is trying to take steps to make all the houses more equal in membership. The retention rates of some houses are significantly different than others causing the number of members in each house to be different. Instead of setting the quota of 160 members per house like the usually do, the houses with the highest number of members get the lowest number of new members this year and vice versa with houses that need more members.
