Suiciding is not the same as only having 1 pref invite. If you have only one pref invite, you are guaranteed a bid to that house either because your name was on the list before quota filled, or as a Quota Addition because you maximized your options and listed every pref house you attended on your card. Girls who SIP do not maximize their options and therefore it quota fills before their name is on the bid list, they go bidless. And are ineligible for Quota Additions or snap bids (if another house didn't make quota but was interested in bidding the pnm).
