I've known plenty of girls who were released from recruitment and/or dropped. None of them ever left Ole Miss. This year is sorta weird because proportionately more girls are finding themselves with nothing left but bottom houses. That may effect things this year. Top girls have friends in top houses. They know they belong in those top houses (I'm counting DG/phi mu/kappa in the top as well). Circumstances outside of their control caused more than usual to be released this year. It's hard, I get it. They feel they are being rejected by their friends and at only 18, they have a hard time with the rejection. These girls might actually transfer this year. Idk. When girls don't have friends in any of the top houses, those girls are less likely to be unhappy with bids to the lower houses. Those are the girls who will blossom in the lower houses.
