My friend is a DZ there, and I believe nationals fully funded their house on their new sorority row. You might want to check with other chapters there to see who got good funding from nationals. That can be extremely important when trying to establish a new chapter. I would definitely go with a strong national chapter over local favoritism if you want funding.
