Generally what they said above is true, sophomore re-rush will not go better for you unless something dramatically changes with you such as you become really close friends with a lot of girls in one house, become super involved and well-known or do something remarkable that makes people want you. Yes, many of our houses have a one and done policy, but if you couldn't see yourself in the one house you had left then maybe you weren't really meant to be Greek. You can try signing up for COB after recruitment is over, but if there are houses with openings they are probably going to be the houses you weren't feeling.
