Snap bids are only an option for chapters that did not match to quota. I wouldn't count on them ever as an option. If you are trying to think of a way to get a different group than you have on your current list, this isn't it. Go into pref with an open mind. Look around at the girls with you at the parties. Stop worrying about what Greek rank says about a group. ALL are really good chapters. It can be up to you whether you have a good membership experience. Good luck.
