sorry, but no. it will never be a top tier house because even though it may improve, their history of having a bad reputation will follow them wherever they go. y'all can improve and i sincerely hope you do, but history will make it hard for you to move past the bottom/possibly mid a while from now. even if theta gets an incredible pledge class, girls will inevitably be unhappy with their reputation and the strange girls that are in there (not all of them are strange, i know many beautiful, smart, funny thetas) they will start to drop. i feel horrible that this happens, but it always does. that being said, a top tier house is not everything. go to theta and enjoy your time there. take a look around the room and see the girls that are in there with you. they could very well be your new sisters come sunday. every house at this school is awesome, and you should be extremely proud to be a member of one.
