I read that first round cuts were based on grades and reputation, so how will 2nd round cuts be decided? Does the whole chapter vote based on what the girls who talked to us think or how does it work? I just see so many actives all around and wonder how they all know if someone would be a good fit or not. I'm sure this is some secret thing, but I'm curious in general how it works. I'm not a legacy of anything and clueless.
