Is guaranteed bidding a mandatory NPC/RFM thing when a PNM ranks all her chapters after pref? I've read conflicting information about this on other boards. Someone who claimed to be a Rho Chi at Mizzou swore that she had to tell a PNM that she didn't get a bid after pref even though she maximized her options.
