The top houses don't have girls disaffiliate. If they do, it is very rare. In my sorority, the only time girls leave our chapter is when they leave school, or get internships or jobs that take up too much of their time (and even this is rare). I think some of the bottom sororities have this happen quite a bit. Pretty sure someone is going to come on here after me and discredit me, but honestly there is a reason why some chapters can't seem to keep members.
