Tiers actually do matter. Retention rates are a great example of who the top sororities are considered top. I see girls in top houses posting pictures with tons of girls every weekend, always doing things together, and I see girls in bottom houses always posting selfies, never fun group photos. No thank you! Tiers do matter when you want a group of girls to have fun with, not just go to chapter meetings with!
