It is all about legacy and connections period Had great recs from chapter alums. Winner of multiple beauty pageants. 4.0 GPA with 18 hours. But I was not a legacy and did not know girls in some houses. Was cut first round. Landed in a great house but if you want the "top 6 " houses at any SEC school it is all about who you know in the house to campaign for you.
