They "accept" or "decline" based on their rankings of us. After all, a bid is an invitation to join. We invite; they accept or decline. It is mutual - the chapters having the parties...so we get to say who's invited. Your grades will have a lot to do with as well as your reputation, your activities, and your ability to have a conversation.
