To the co-ed who asked about dirty rush, here's the working definition: Breaking the rules of recruitment and doing so knowingly in an attempt to make another chapter look bad while making yourself look good. If a chapter is found guilty of such, sanctions will be imposed. PNMs should be aware of this behavior as unscrupulous (look it up) and stay away from chapters who engage in such behavior. To the poster regarding USM: KD is middle of the road at USM. Yes, they have declined in the last 3-4 years. Still a good chapter, but Top Chapters at USM are: DDD, DG, and Chi O. Next are KD and Phi Mu. Bottom are ADP and PBP...although there are great girls in each chapter.
