I dropped my sorority my junior year because the sisterhood was not that great. And I've been more or less "shunned" by my former sisters ever since. Last night was my birthday and my best friend from my pledge class instagrammed a picture of me wishing me a happy birthday and not a single person from our sorority liked it. And now I feel like a loser. So my advice? Find the sorority with actual sisterhood. Otherwise you'll spend the day after your birthday thinking you must completely suck.
