I always knew about the social aspects of sororities and thought of them as frivolous. Then somebody told me that chi o, dg, kd, ddd, and phi mu all had chapter gpa's higher than the all Greek average, and much higher than the all university average. It's impressive that girls can attend as many social functions as they do and still make better grades than non-Greeks. ! Then today I saw a post of Facebook saying that tri delt raised $265,700 this past year for St Jude. Is that correct? In one year? If tri delt can raise that kind of money i'm assuming that all the other sororities do the same! Where can I find information on each sororities philanthropy and how much money was raised by each for charity? I'm coming to see that sorority women are anything but frivolous! I wasn't going to rush, but now I'm changing my mind.
