Individual chapters will not share their grade policies. It is part of their confidential process when picking a new pledge class. That said, we know that in the past sororities who do not make chapter grades good enough for their national policies, their nationals will come in and put their entire chapter on social probation until their grades are brought up. Kappa either had this happen to them several years ago, or came close. That caused them to raise their grade requirements. I believe theta may either be or have been in the same boat. Xo, dg, kd, and ddd have always been top four with grades. Rumor has it that ddd is trying to be more competitive with grades and may have just recently raised their requirement. Xo and dg have always had higher grade requirements. Kd may as well. I've heard xo is no longer extending bids to chapter legacies with low gpa's. Bottom line. I would expect the top six are looking for a 3.2 or higher for non-chapter legacies and around a 3.0 for chapter legacies. Exceptions are made for favorites. Bottom tier can't be as picky as the others. You might get away with a 2.8 or higher in the bottom tier. Adpi and aphi may even take lower if grades are your only issue.
