I'm not the op, but I agree with them. Top tier is top because of their return rates and the number of girls that want bids. Top tier girls know which house they fit into better. It's a personal decision. I guess the same could be said for the other tiers as well, but history and tradition come into play. Dg has been here the longest, they are the most traditionally desirable sorority in the middle tier because of their legacies and alumni. Next phi mu. Kappa is still relatively new in the grand scheme of things and don't have the legacies or alumni that the others do. Great-grandmothers, grandmothers, mothers, legacies. Dg has the history, kappa does not.
