I would move down kappa to the middle, with pi phi. They were on probation this year. They had some of the lowest return rates during rush. They are not respected on campus, as they are simply partiers. And they never have ANY presence on campus during competitions. They never placed or even tried. This pledge class is a disappointment and are pulling this chapter down.
