Let's be totally serious here. Sigma Kappa is a strong sorority nationally. They will have more support from their nationals to build a house, but it will not be immediate. Anyone here now who is going to be a founding member will not live in it. Now let's talk about those founding members. They will only be taking one pledge class of girls, most of whom will be sophomores and juniors, with some freshmen but not many. You don't get to be a founding member just because you want to be. They will do interviews a lot like rush. There are SO MANY girls that dropped rush just to rush SK who will not end up with bids. If you want a bid, don't overlook dphie. They do have a lot to offer.
