Are you new here? The issue has to do with bed quota, housed vs. unhoused groups and perception that some groups will be getting houses before others do. The only way that new sororities could be "fully supported" is if they all had new houses they minute they came to campus or if all the sororities were kicked out of their houses and given dorm suites (ha ha).
