You seem really upset about not being able to rush, and I get that, but sophomores with good GPAs can get bids, so just try to accept where you are and look at the next year as one of opportunity. You have time to get your grades up and your GPA is high enough now that you could raise it enough to go into rush next year in a much stronger position. You also have a year to meet more sorority members and make more connections. If you have friends who pledge in 2016, all the better for you as far as connections go. So it sucks it isn't going to happen this time, but make the best of the year you've got ahead of you and things could really turn out great in the long run.
