If you have been denied a grade waiver appeal for medical that the board deems not critical circumstances can you appeal? I am only .01 off from a 2.8 and some bad news for a family member hurt me during finals. I would think that the houses should get to decide if they are willing to take the risk on me. I am so so close to 2.8. Can I appeal the appeal? National standards say gpa shouldn't be a factor. Does appeal have to follow Indiana rules or national?
