No, girls who voluntarily drop are not included in the "not matched" group. Those are the girls who sign a pref card and get no bid. About 150 girls are disqualified by grades. The other 600-700 who registered but don't participate in bid matching are a mixture of girls who either are cut from all houses or drop out because they don't like the houses they get back. There is no way to tell the exact number of girls who are cut from ALL houses, but they tend to be girls who cut a lot of "lower" chapters after 22 party and then get dropped by the "top tier" houses after 16 and 9 party. Also what @honestly said about tridelt taking less than 50 is no longer correct as every chapter is required to take 50 now. But don't get your hopes up because 50x22 is 1100 and only 2 chapters gave less than 50 bids last year... So it's basically gonna be the same.
