I can't tell you whether or not it's worth it to stick it out or transfer, but I wouldn't bank on getting in next year. If it was me, I'd transfer. I know a lot of other universities organize their greek system so that everyone who goes through recruitment has the potential to get a bid (unless they're flunking out of school and are just a terrible person who no one can stand). ISU isn't nearly as exclusive as IU but it's a good school and they have a greek system that is easier to go through.
